Fun Bet KYC Verification Process
Fun Bet verifies a player’s identity to meet age checks, prevent duplicate accounts, and confirm that withdrawals go to the rightful account holder.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Fun Bet requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport or national ID). The file must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a readable photo. Fun Bet rejects cropped images, edited files, black-and-white copies, and screenshots with glare that hides text.
- Address proof: Fun Bet accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter that shows the same full name as the account and the residential address. The document must be dated within the last 90 days. Fun Bet rejects shipping labels, handwritten notes, and documents that show only a PO box without a street address.
- Payment method: If a card was used, Fun Bet may ask for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered, plus the cardholder name and expiry date visible. If an e-wallet was used, Fun Bet may request a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page showing the account holder’s name and the wallet ID/email. Fun Bet can also request a source-of-funds document (for example, a bank statement) when transaction patterns trigger enhanced checks.
Fun Bet triggers KYC at the first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals reach USD 2,000 (or equivalent), when a player changes key profile data (name, address, email, phone), after a password reset linked to unusual login activity, and when deposits come from a payment method that does not match the account holder’s name.
Processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours after correct files are uploaded. Enhanced checks take 1–3 business days when Fun Bet needs extra documents or manual review due to mismatched details.
Current state: Fun Bet runs KYC mainly at withdrawal and at defined risk triggers, with most reviews completed within 24 hours when documents match the account data.
